One of the easiest ways to intake a high-protein delicious camping/hike friendly meals is to bag it up. I love the taste and the ease in preperation of the "bag omelette". I usually grab some zip-lock bags and pre-scramble everything to make less work at the campsite. Toss in whatever you like. You can make the quick morning meal before a day's events filling and nutritional while keeping prep work and clean-up down to a minimum.

They may look a little squishy, and that's o.k. It's more about getting the job done than presentation.
And the best part is NO clean-up. Toss the plastics (in the trash of course) and dump out the water.
