One of the easiest ways to intake a high-protein delicious camping/hike friendly meals is to bag it up. I love the taste and the ease in preperation of the "bag omelette". I usually grab some zip-lock bags and pre-scramble everything to make less work at the campsite. Toss in whatever you like. You can make the quick morning meal before a day's events filling and nutritional while keeping prep work and clean-up down to a minimum.
Here is a fun practical idea (not my own) that is easy to do, cheap, and lasting. I think for the next stud buck I may or may not harvest another way to tangibly remember the event could be this simple. What a cool addition to the outdoors decor, my classroom, for study, lots of ideas with this little ditty.
